Alphanumeric Systems is hiring a bilingual English & Italian (speaking) Customer Service Specialist to provide Level 1 support for critical clinical systems at a major pharmaceutical client. In this remote role, you will be the first point of contact for clinical staff, troubleshooting issues and managing access to support global health initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Deliver Level 1 technical and operational support via phone, email, and ticketing for clinical systems and processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve common issues, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions across multiple platforms.
- Ensure timely and accurate case handling while maintaining high service standards.
- Act as a subject matter expert for specific clinical systems, supporting critical vaccine-related operations.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in English and Italian, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and customer service skills with empathy and clarity.
- Ability to multitask under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Comfort with technology and aptitude for quickly learning new systems.
- Must be based in Poland with fully legal and valid documentation to work in the country.
Nice to Have
- Previous helpdesk or service desk experience.
- A background in life sciences or healthcare.
