LTK USA is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead a fullstack squad responsible for the user experiences and systems that onboard and grow creators across the platform. You will guide software development activities throughout the product lifecycle and manage the day-to-day work of the development team within an Agile environment.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical and people leadership to guide your team’s development, reviews, and maintenance of new features and technical designs.
- Influence the technical vision for your department through discussions with XFN peers and senior management.
- Own the delivery process and Agile ceremonies, ensuring proper backlog refinement and value delivery in every sprint.
- Partner with senior management to identify appropriate metrics to monitor team performance.
- Drive a culture of experimentation, leveraging A/B testing and data analytics to validate hypotheses and optimize creator onboarding and reporting funnels.
- Take an active role in hiring, goal setting, performance management, promotions, and retention strategies across your team.
- Minimize retention risks and create effective development plans to prepare employees for their next role.
- Focus on growing leaders – emphasizing all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
- Work with the team and stakeholders to break down and prioritize work to reduce technical debt.
- Identify and pursue improvements in engineering and organizational process, using data to guide growth in product excellence and engineering productivity.
- Drive integration and experimentation of enterprise AI tooling across your team’s workflows to realize new efficiencies and help LTK maintain a competitive advantage.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2+ years in an engineering management role with a proven history of leading, hiring, coaching, and performance management of developers.
- Experience managing a fullstack team.
- Proven experience in rapid, continuous releases, used to shipping multiple times a day.
- Able to drive productivity and motivate a team to full project completion.
- Detail oriented, with proven methods for tracking project delivery and managing-up progress.
- Proven ability to mentor and grow engineers across diverse technical backgrounds.
- Ability to build, maintain, and influence XFN product and design relationships to accomplish team objectives.
- 8+ years experience with software development, architectures and infrastructure.
- Demonstrates consistent utilization of AI within daily workflows and actively experiments to discover novel applications to improve your reach.
- Measures efficiency and quality gains from AI adoption, drives the feedback loop for continuous improvement based on the results.
- Proven track record of delivering user-facing, high-visibility features.
- Deep expertise in at least one stack (Backend, Web, or iOS) with a working knowledge and the ability to influence direction across the others.
- History of building highly scalable distributed systems and processes in a cloud environment.
- Experience working in a Dockerized environment.
- Experience in building products and features in CI/CD environments.
- Experience with AWS services such as ECS, Lambda, RDS, Redshift, Glue (among others).
- Have built scalable internal and public facing APIs (RESTful, JSON, HTTP).

- Have built AI powered products.
