- Manage engineering workflows and support team development through training and performance feedback
- Evaluate site conditions, load profiles, and interconnection requirements to determine optimal system configurations
- Perform shading, structural, and electrical analyses to inform equipment selection and layout planning
- Use modeling tools to forecast energy output and economic viability of proposed systems
- Specify components including PV modules, inverters, racking, and balance-of-system parts
- Oversee the creation of permit-ready drawings and construction documentation packages
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external engineering partners to deliver high-quality designs
- Define protection, monitoring, and control strategies in line with grid interconnection standards
- Prepare procurement packages with detailed scopes, specifications, and material lists
- Review engineering deliverables for compliance with technical and code requirements
- Support construction by reviewing submittals, responding to contractor inquiries, and conducting site evaluations
- Supervise commissioning activities, punch list resolution, and final project closeout documentation
