Felix is looking for an Engineering Lead - Web Experience to own and evolve our public marketing website and related web infrastructure, which receives 7 million visits annually. This is a hands-on role where you'll write code, guide implementation, drive architectural decisions, and support cross-functional partners to unlock creativity and speed.
What You'll Do
- Own the architecture, implementation, and ongoing evolution of the Felix marketing website and related web infrastructure.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, design, and growth teams to bring pages, campaigns, and experiments to life with speed and polish.
- Build and maintain a performant, SEO-friendly, accessible, and mobile-responsive website that reflects our brand and drives conversion.
- Set technical direction and standards for the marketing site, including deployment workflows, testing, analytics, and CMS tooling.
- Work hands-on across the stack to ship features and solve problems end-to-end.
- Identify opportunities to streamline content workflows, improve performance, and scale our web platform as the team and business grow.
- Manage and collaborate with a contract developer.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience building and maintaining modern marketing websites.
- Deep expertise in JS, CSS, HTML, including performance, polish, and responsive design.
- Solid understanding of accessibility (WCAG) and SEO best practices.
- Experience with CMS platforms, content workflows, analytics, and A/B testing.
- Comfortable working independently, taking ambiguous problems and turning them into live features with real impact.
- Clear communicator who collaborates well with product, design, and marketing teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Webflow is strongly preferred.
