Lead and shape the engineering direction of a next-generation platform for digital asset custody, trading, and protection. In this role, you’ll guide a team of skilled developers while remaining deeply involved in system design, coding, and deployment. You’ll own the full product lifecycle—from concept through operation—ensuring robustness, security, and scalability.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and mentor a development team, fostering technical growth and accountability
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, prioritize roadmaps, and deliver high-quality outcomes on schedule
- Analyze complex technical challenges and design scalable, secure solutions
- Write clean, maintainable code primarily in Golang, Java, or Rust, with an emphasis on modularity and resilience
- Take end-to-end ownership of systems, including architecture, documentation, deployment, and operational support
What We’re Looking For
- Proven leadership in software engineering, with hands-on experience as a tech or team lead
- Strong background in systems programming using Golang, Java, or Rust, and deep familiarity with cloud-native environments
- Expertise in software and system architecture, distributed systems, cryptography, and Linux-based environments
- Experience with C, embedded systems, or reverse engineering is a strong plus
- Commitment to quality, simplicity, and attention to detail
- Intellectual curiosity and a proactive mindset focused on solving complex problems innovatively
Preferred Experience
- Containerized runtimes such as Kubernetes, OpenShift, Docker, or CRI-O
- Infrastructure as code using Ansible or Terraform
- Frontend development with Angular, TypeScript, or Flutter
- Familiarity with blockchain, DeFi, trading systems, or digital asset finance
