TrueML is seeking an Engineer II, Data Services to design, build, and maintain the data systems that power our platform. You will contribute to foundational data architecture and services.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable, reliable data pipelines and services
- Build and maintain core data infrastructure and tooling
- Ensure data quality, integrity, and availability across systems
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams on data-driven features
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot data service issues
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of professional experience building data services, platforms, or pipelines
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala
- Hands-on experience with distributed data processing frameworks
- Strong understanding of database fundamentals and data modeling
- Proven ability to design, deploy, and monitor production data systems
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with cloud data services on AWS, GCP, or Azure
- Knowledge of stream processing technologies
- Familiarity with data orchestration and workflow management tools
- Background in data governance, security, and compliance
