Terumo Medical Corporation is hiring an Engineer I, Quality to join our mission-driven team. This role provides quality engineering support to operations and product development, focusing on improvements that directly affect safety, quality, regulatory compliance, and productivity. What You'll Do
- Demonstrate a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented processes.
- Assist in implementing specified projects, including organizing and leading cross-departmental efforts, planning and scheduling, coordinating resources, and preparing documentation.
- Participate in identifying root causes and resolving quality issues related to production or service.
- Provide quality engineering input in the design, fabrication, development, installation, validation, and qualification of equipment and processes, including feasibility studies.
- Assist in planning and implementing projects to develop, install, and qualify new manufacturing processes for new products or improvements to existing ones.
- Assist in reviewing and approving product and process change control documentation and specifications.
- Gather, track, and analyze quality data for meetings and prepare monthly reports as required.
- Plan your own work schedule, attend meetings, and prepare monthly reports.
What We're Looking For
- A four-year college degree in an engineering, scientific, or technical discipline OR a high school diploma or equivalent with a minimum of six years of quality engineering experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Basic computer software skills, for example in Microsoft Office.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $59,850.00 to $75,167.00.
