About the Role

This role involves driving sales and providing expert support for endodontic products across a defined geographic region, focusing on customer engagement, product education, and achieving sales targets through consultative selling.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the endodontic specialty sector
  • Build and maintain relationships with endodontists and their office staff
  • Deliver product training and clinical support to dental professionals
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
  • Provide accurate market feedback to internal teams
  • Collaborate with marketing to execute targeted campaigns
  • Present product demonstrations in clinical settings
  • Manage inventory and product needs for key accounts
  • Stay current on clinical advancements in endodontics
  • Coordinate with technical support for equipment installations
  • Prepare and submit detailed sales reports
  • Attend regional trade shows and professional events
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
  • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Support account transitions and onboarding processes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor offerings
  • Advocate for customer needs internally
