EX Squared is seeking an Enablement Manager to develop and implement strategic programs that enhance team effectiveness and operational maturity. You will be a key partner in scaling our capabilities by creating focused training, resources, and processes.
What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deliver enablement programs and training content
- Partner with leadership to identify skill gaps and performance improvement opportunities
- Create and maintain a repository of resources, playbooks, and best practices
- Measure and report on the impact of enablement initiatives on team productivity
- Facilitate workshops and onboarding sessions for new processes and tools
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in enablement, learning & development, or a related strategic role
- Proven ability to design programs from concept to execution and measurement
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills to assess needs and evaluate program effectiveness
- Experience creating content for various formats and audiences
