Responsibilities
- Stay current with policies and procedures of the Developmental Disabilities Administration and the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation.
- Evaluate clients through interviews and assessments to determine qualification for employment programs.
- Apply strong written and verbal communication skills to record client progress, follow individualized plans, and coordinate with team members.
- Learn about clients’ goals, job preferences, potential employers, and broader case management requirements.
- Offer continuous guidance to help clients secure and maintain meaningful employment.
- Support clients in advancing their professional skills and long-term career development.
- Record updates on client progress, employment obstacles, and adjustments to service plans.
- Build and sustain relationships with community organizations, employers, and service providers.
- Serve as a representative at community gatherings, professional forums, and outreach events.
- Participate regularly and actively in internal team and external partner meetings.
- Travel locally and provide client transportation when necessary.
- Utilize assigned devices and software, including laptop and mobile phone, while working in the field.
Compensation
Up to $750 retention bonus available for eligible hires between 12/5/2025 and 02/28/2026

- Schedule: Monday-Friday daytime hours with flexibility needed for some nights and weekends
- Travel throughout the area and provide transportation to clients as needed.
