Role Overview As the Onboarding and Integration Specialist, you will orchestrate a seamless transition for new team members from recruitment through comprehensive orientation. Your primary responsibility involves managing the entire employee integration process, ensuring exceptional candidate experiences and successful organizational assimilation.
