About the Role
Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding experience for new hires, ensuring all administrative, training, and integration tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
- Organize orientation schedules for incoming employees
- Prepare onboarding documentation and materials
- Coordinate training sessions with department leads
- Ensure compliance with company policies during onboarding
- Track completion of onboarding milestones
- Communicate with HR and hiring managers to align onboarding timelines
- Maintain accurate employee records during initial employment phase
- Provide support to new employees during their first weeks
- Gather feedback to improve onboarding processes
- Schedule necessary background checks and clearances
- Assist with employment paperwork and digital form submissions
- Introduce new staff to company culture and values
- Coordinate facility tours and equipment setup
- Monitor onboarding progress using internal systems
- Respond to employee inquiries about onboarding steps
- Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met
- Facilitate introductions between new hires and team members
- Manage access permissions for systems and facilities
- Update onboarding checklists as processes evolve
- Report on onboarding metrics and participation rates
- Support remote onboarding when applicable
- Maintain confidentiality of employee data
- Collaborate with IT to provision work tools
- Verify completion of required training modules
- Escalate onboarding issues to HR leadership when needed

What You’ll Do
