SIGNAL IDUNA is looking for an Employee in Health and Nursing Management for a 24-month parental leave replacement. You will provide comprehensive support and advice to customers in health insurance, working within our dedicated team.
What You'll Do
- Advise customers, field agents, and third parties via telephone.
- Process benefit claims and written correspondence, including during telephone shifts.
- Handle customer feedback and reactions.
What We're Looking For
- Completed training as an Insurance and Financial Services Salesperson or a completed education in the medical field.
- Good knowledge of health insurance products.
- Strong customer orientation with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexible, motivated, team-oriented, curious, and open to new things and further training.
- A high degree of initiative.
- Proficient use of common office technologies and an openness to new media.
Nice to Have
- Experience as a claims adjuster in health insurance.
