This role focuses on shaping a positive employee journey by leading engagement efforts and supporting cultural development across the organization. The Employee Experience Specialist will coordinate recognition programs, administer surveys, and analyze feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Working closely with HR, operations, and leadership teams, the specialist ensures initiatives align with organizational goals and employee needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage employee engagement activities and recognition campaigns
- Support the design and rollout of employee surveys and feedback mechanisms
- Collect, organize, and interpret engagement data to inform strategy
- Maintain accurate records of employee participation in programs and events
- Prepare reports and presentations that highlight key metrics and trends
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement culture-enhancing initiatives
- Ensure all programs follow internal policies and compliance standards
- Track program outcomes and deliver actionable insights to leadership
Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2–4 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, or administrative roles. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS platforms is required. Strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion are essential.
Experience in government contracting or defense sectors is preferred, as is familiarity with multi-state compliance regulations related to employee experience programs.
