XM Careers is looking for an Email Deliverability Engineer to build and maintain reliable email delivery systems. You will focus on optimizing infrastructure and maximizing inbox placement rates.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and monitor email deliverability infrastructure
- Analyze email performance metrics and troubleshoot deliverability issues
- Manage sender reputation and maintain relationships with major mailbox providers
- Develop and enforce email authentication and compliance standards
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in email deliverability, ISP relations, or email infrastructure engineering
- Deep understanding of SMTP, DNS, DKIM, SPF, DMARC, and BIMI protocols
- Ability to analyze data from tools like Google Postmaster, Microsoft SNDS, and raw logs
- Strong problem-solving skills for diagnosing complex delivery failures

This role offers a hybrid work mode and is open to candidates based in Cyprus, Greece, or as a remote position.
