Responsibilities
- Design, construct, and execute email initiatives such as promotional offers, loyalty program messaging, and automated behavioral workflows.
- Own audience segmentation planning, focusing on data accuracy, list expansion, and intelligent use of customer attributes for tailored outreach.
- Create sophisticated audience segments and automation paths in ACS using transactional, behavioral, and profile data to refine targeting.
- Develop and manage multi-channel customer pathways that deliver consistent, individualized experiences throughout the customer lifecycle.
- Run ongoing A/B and multivariate experiments on subject lines, content modules, creative elements, and optimal send times.
- Track key email performance metrics—including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates—and provide insights to enhance results.
- Collaborate with analytics teams to generate recurring performance reports and post-campaign summaries for business stakeholders.
- Utilize Knak to design, test, and iterate on email content prior to deployment in ACS.
- Set up, manage, and initiate cross-channel campaigns directly within Adobe Campaign Standard.
- Build standardized templates, reusable workflow components, and reporting tools to increase operational efficiency.
- Ensure reliable data integration between Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), and external sources to enable precise targeting.
- Assist in managing ETL pipelines and resolving data inconsistencies involving fields, schemas, or workflow configurations.
- Tailor ACS workflows, data structures, queries, and reporting interfaces to align with business needs.
- Identify and fix technical issues affecting campaign delivery, personalization accuracy, or audience data integrity.
- Evaluate campaign outcomes regularly and suggest improvements to boost deliverability, user interaction, and conversion performance.
- Document campaign setups, workflow designs, and system settings to facilitate team collaboration and knowledge transfer.
- Work closely with copy, design, analytics, ecommerce, and marketing teams to ensure messaging supports broader business goals.
- Convert business requirements from stakeholders into technical implementations in ACS and clearly convey limitations, schedules, and effects.
- Engage in system reviews and support corrective actions and performance enhancements for the platform.
