ICF Incorporated, LLC seeks an Eligibility QA/QC Lead – Application Processing to provide leadership for disaster recovery and mitigation grant programs for the State of Florida. You will lead QA/QC efforts, supervise analysts, and help refine program procedures in a remote capacity.
What You'll Do
- Provide overall leadership to teams assisting and implementing disaster mitigation efforts, including Policy, Compliance/Monitoring, and Data Governance Teams.
- Supervise and manage Eligibility QA/QC Analysts, including assigning reviews, maintaining schedules, and assisting as an escalation point.
- Maintain a complete understanding of all applicable Program policies, requirements, and procedures and review all cases within established program guidelines.
- Approve and confirm initial program eligibility requirements, duplication of benefits, and program determination letters and notifications.
- Assist with drafting and issuing updated policies, procedures, job aids, and operations management manuals.
- Help refine program procedures and processes for implementation.
- Present technical information in key meetings.
- Report findings and concerns from analysts and provide guidance on resolving errors.
- Provide advisory and consulting services to clients through training, conversations, and written products.
- Work with staff to set up systems and interpret and apply regulations.
- Provide training and technical assistance, especially by translating policies for junior staff.
- Develop written products and tools such as QA/QC checklists, job aids, and standard operating procedures.
- Complete other tasks to help implement grant funded programs, as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Planning, Public Policy, Government, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- 5+ years direct experience in: providing training/technical assistance in housing renovation, economic development, or community development; OR in-depth, hands-on experience with grant programs, regulations, and implementation; OR compliance and monitoring experience pertaining to government benefits or financial data.
- Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Google Docs, SharePoint).
- Established knowledge of how mitigation programs are implemented at the state and local level.
Nice to Have
- Master's degree in Planning, Public Policy, Government, Accounting or a related discipline.
- Experience working in a consulting firm, development organization, or public agency.

Team & Environment
You will work with senior staff, subject matter experts, and junior staff. The role includes supervising and managing Eligibility QA/QC Analysts.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation range: $73,722.00 - $125,327.00
