Responsibilities
- Supervise and inspect electrical installations including power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, and ELV systems (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, fire alarm)
- Ensure works are executed in accordance with approved IFC drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation
- Monitor contractor progress, workmanship, and quality compliance
- Coordinate with mechanical, civil, and architectural teams to resolve site interface issues
- Witness testing and commissioning of electrical systems
- Identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Attend progress meetings and prepare inspection and progress reports
- Ensure compliance with HSE standards and local authority regulations

Requirements
- UAE National holding a valid family book
- Experience in site supervision of electrical works on large mixed-use or residential development projects
- Knowledge of electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, earthing, lightning protection, and ELV systems (CCTV, access control, structured cabling, fire alarm)
- Familiarity with approved IFC drawings, specifications, and method statements
- Ability to review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical documentation
- Experience monitoring contractor progress, workmanship, and quality compliance
- Proven ability to coordinate with mechanical, civil, and architectural teams
- Experience witnessing testing and commissioning of electrical systems
- Ability to identify non-conformances and ensure corrective actions are implemented
- Experience attending progress meetings and preparing inspection and progress reports
- Knowledge of HSE standards and local authority regulations
