Responsibilities
- Create and manage structured technical content to support AI-based troubleshooting tools for wind turbine electrical systems.
- Work closely with technical experts to translate domain knowledge into clear, accurate, and machine-readable diagnostic decision trees.
- Verify AI-generated diagnostic workflows for technical validity and adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Establish and standardize internal processes for efficient development and maintenance of AI-supported troubleshooting systems.
- Identify missing knowledge and systematically gather insights from experts to improve diagnostic coverage and accuracy.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
- At least one year of practical experience in wind turbine technology, with demonstrated ability to independently diagnose and maintain electrical systems.
- Experience in knowledge management, particularly in contexts involving artificial intelligence or digital knowledge platforms.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a proven ability to organize complex technical information in a logical and structured manner.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with international, cross-functional teams across different time zones.
- Familiarity with industry-specific standards and safety regulations related to wind turbine operations.
- Proficiency in English, sufficient for active participation in interviews and daily communication with global colleagues.
- Occasional willingness to travel as required by the role.
