Ball Corporation is looking for an Electrical and Auxiliary Supervisor to lead the team responsible for plant electrical systems and support equipment. You will manage the lifecycle of all resources to maximize production throughput and minimize downtime.
What You'll Do
- Maintain all electrical systems and auxiliary equipment to ensure high uptime, production throughput, and minimal downtime.
- Lead, coach, and develop electricians and maintenance specialists.
- Plan, prioritize, and oversee preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
- Ensure all work is performed safely and in compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Identify and implement initiatives to improve equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Rapidly diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical problems.
- Manage personnel, tools, materials, and external contractors effectively.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, equipment records, SOPs, and performance metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimal utilization of resources.
What We're Looking For
- Technical knowledge of industrial electrical systems, support equipment, and conveyance systems.
- Working knowledge of automation and controls.
- Knowledge of maintenance planning or work order systems.
- Ability to lead and supervise electrical and mechanical maintenance teams.
- Problem solving, troubleshooting, and process improvement skills.
- Project management support for plant capital improvements, line speed alterations, conveyance changes, and safety initiatives.
- Comfortable communication in written and spoken English.
