PRACTICE is looking for an ELA & Math Tutor to provide direct academic support for elementary students. You’ll join a mission-driven organization focused on closing the opportunity gap through excellent, personalized instruction.
What You'll Do
- Support elementary students in ELA and Math through targeted academic assistance.
- Provide one-on-one and small group tutoring in Math.
- Reinforce grade-level skills and support student learning throughout the school day.
- Collaborate with teachers and school leaders to develop engaging, personalized learning strategies.
- Bridge language gaps to ensure every student has the support they need.
What We're Looking For
- A passion for learning and a commitment to supporting academic and personal success, especially for underserved students.
- A degree-seeking student or graduate with a minimum 3.0 GPA in Education or a relevant field.
- Availability to work 10-35 hours per week at an assigned school.
- Availability to participate in monthly training.
- Availability to work on Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
