BRP is looking for an EHS Technician to join our team focused on safety management, risk assessment, and training within our global recreational vehicle and boat manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate risk for operations and high-risk and non-routine activities
- Provide health and safety training
What We're Looking For
- TSU educational background
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in health and safety management
- Experience in hazard identification and risk assessment
- Knowledge of safety requirements for high-risk activities
- Knowledge and experience with the standards of the Ministry of Labor
- Knowledge and experience in accident investigation
- Minimum 1 year of experience in each of the following: Safe electrical processes, Work at heights (ladders, scaffolds, and lifts), Confined spaces, Excavation and pit work, Cutting and welding, Hazardous materials, Control of hazardous energy and LOTO
Nice to Have
- Knowledge and experience in first aid and fire prevention (desirable)
