INCA – Insurance Core Automation is hiring an EHS Manager (m/w/d) (RN 71308) to support our team at a site near Magdeburg. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing and advising on environmental, health, and safety topics within our international company, which is focused on sustainable packaging solutions.
What You'll Do
- Implement, support, and advise management and responsible leaders on all EHS topics.
- Plan, implement, and optimize EHS guidelines, safety concepts, and technical change processes.
- Initiate and conduct risk assessments and analyze workplace accidents to define suitable measures.
- Develop training materials for educational programs to increase awareness of EHS issues.
- Support the management team on occupational safety matters.
- Act as the interface to the external expert from the Berufsgenossenschaft and other external consultants.
What We're Looking For
- A successfully completed technical university degree (e.g., mechanical engineering, mechatronics, electrical engineering, industrial engineering).
- Cross-industry experience in occupational health and safety gained in recent years.
- Confident application of both German and English language skills.
- An independent, goal-oriented way of working in an international environment.
- A profile characterized by strong customer orientation and high consulting competence.
- Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
