Ethos Risk Services is hiring a full-time SFO Editor to ensure the accuracy, clarity, and professionalism of investigative reports. In this remote role, you will be a critical quality control point, reviewing submissions from field investigators and collaborating with them to resolve discrepancies and meet client-specific needs.
What You'll Do
- Review investigative reports for accuracy, completeness, grammar, and professional tone.
- Analyze surveillance video and craft detailed, concise, and clear descriptions of claimant activity.
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies or gaps in information within reports.
- Communicate directly with investigators to clarify facts and address discrepancies.
- Ensure all reports comply with client-specific criteria and special instructions.
- Provide constructive feedback to investigators to improve report writing quality.
- Assist with special projects, such as newsletters or cross-departmental initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Prior experience editing, proofreading, or reviewing written reports.
- Experience working effectively under deadlines in a professional environment.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
