Nacar is looking for an Ecommerce Site Operations Specialist to manage, maintain, and optimize our brand’s eCommerce website. Your focus will be ensuring a seamless, high-performing, and engaging online shopping experience for customers around the world.
What You'll Do
- Manage and update website content using a CMS, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date.
- Integrate e-commerce functionalities such as third-party plugins to enhance the online shopping experience.
- Monitor and optimize website performance, including site speed, responsiveness, and efficiency.
- Implement SEO best practices and track performance using analytics tools to drive continuous improvement.
- Ensure cross-device and cross-browser compatibility for a seamless user experience.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams to align web presence with branding and marketing strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime and maintain site functionality.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years experience in eCommerce website development, preferably in a retail or direct-to-consumer (DTC) environment.
- Proficiency in web development languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce) and CMS (e.g., Shopify).
- Strong understanding of SEO principles and web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field a plus.
- Love of food and cooking! Cooking skills and/or experience in the culinary industry are a plus.
