VetPartners is seeking an ECC Nurse to join the expanding Specialist-led 24-hour Emergency department at Southpaws Malvern. You will be part of a dedicated nursing team providing essential care in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do
- Work in a 24/7 emergency and critical care environment providing immediate care.
- Collaborate closely with Specialist-led Surgery and Anaesthesia departments.
- Work efficiently with initiative in a fast-paced environment, both in a team and autonomously.
What We're Looking For
- Certificate IV or equivalent qualification.
- A professional and positive demeanour.
- Ability to work efficiently with initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to learn, develop skills and experience.
- Tackles each day with curiosity and has the patient's best interest in mind.
- Takes their job seriously but does not take themselves too seriously.
Nice to Have
- Ideally 2 years of experience.
- Previous work in ECC and/or with overnight shifts.

Work Mode
This is an onsite position located in Malvern East, VIC. The role involves a rotating roster primarily of night shifts, swing shifts, a 1-in-3 weekend rotation, and occasional day shifts.
