About the Role
This role is responsible for managing and scaling customer acquisition efforts across digital channels to grow e-commerce revenue. The specialist will analyze campaign performance, optimize spend, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve conversion and customer value.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute customer acquisition strategies tailored to the Indian e-commerce landscape
- Manage paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google, Meta, and shopping channels
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics including ROAS and CPA
- Optimize budget allocation based on real-time performance data
- Collaborate with creative teams to test ad formats and messaging
- Identify new growth opportunities through market and competitor analysis
- Implement A/B testing to improve conversion rates
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
- Work closely with analytics teams to track user behavior and funnel performance
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and platform updates
- Coordinate with product and pricing teams to align promotions with acquisition goals
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors
- Troubleshoot campaign issues and implement timely fixes
- Support seasonal and campaign-specific scaling of marketing efforts
- Use CRM and email tools to enhance acquisition-to-retention handoffs
- Ensure compliance with digital advertising policies and local regulations
- Provide regular performance updates to stakeholders
- Leverage customer segmentation to improve targeting precision
- Utilize data visualization tools for reporting clarity
- Drive continuous improvement through post-campaign analysis
Nice to Have
- Experience with programmatic advertising platforms
- Certifications in Google Ads or Meta Blueprint
- Background in retail or consumer goods e-commerce
- Experience using data visualization tools like Looker Studio
- Familiarity with attribution modeling
- Knowledge of customer lifetime value optimization
- Prior work with D2C brands
- Experience in scaling startups or high-growth companies
