Philips is hiring a DXR Remote Service Advocate

About the Role

At Philips, our mission to provide quality healthcare everywhere starts with robust infrastructure. We are looking for a DXR Remote Service Advocate to ensure sustained connectivity for targeted IS systems across the North American market. You will own connectivity-related events from initiation to completion, directly supporting our customer care and remote service capabilities.

What You'll Do

  • Ensure sustained connectivity in targeted IS systems across the NA Market, assuming ownership of connectivity-related events from start to finish.
  • Improve connectivity of remote devices via technologies like IPSEC/SSL VPN tunnels and DSS.
  • Support network infrastructure improvement projects and resolve basic network and technical application problems.
  • Utilize strong communication skills with local service, customer IT, and other groups involved in the Philips Remote Services (PRS) escalation process.
  • Implement best practices and process improvements while diagnosing problems, applying effective solutions, and determining follow-up actions.
  • Escalate unsolved problems to helpdesk organizations when needed and communicate progress to project leadership.
  • Initiate, support, and drive remote connectivity performance improvement programs within the Market.

What We're Looking For

  • High School Diploma/GED required.
  • 3+ years of helpdesk/support and/or Customer Services/Customer Relations experience.
  • Ability to successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive, and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Field Service position.
  • US work authorization.
  • Must reside within the United States of America.

Nice to Have

  • CCNA certification preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Good understanding of networking concepts (CCNA level preferred).

This role is part of the Customer Care Solution Center organization within Services and Solutions Delivery at Philips.

Benefits & Compensation

  • Hourly pay ranges vary by state group: $26.03-$41.65 (AZ, AR, ID, IA, KS, KY, LA, ME, MS, MO, NE, NM, OK, SC, SD, TN, UT, WV), $27.40-$43.85 (AL, CO, FL, GA, HI, IL, IN, MI, MN, NV, NH, NC, ND, OH, OR, PA, TX, VT, VA, WI, WY), $28.77-$46.04 (AK, DE, MD, NY, RI, WA), $30.69-$49.11 (CA, CT, DC, MA, NJ).
