Mercier Consultancy Group is looking for a Dutch Speaking Travel Consultant to support Booking.com by providing exceptional travel assistance to Dutch-speaking customers. In this role, you will apply your travel expertise and communication skills to help clients navigate their travel plans efficiently from the comfort of your remote location in Greece.
What You'll Do
- Engage with Dutch-speaking customers through various support channels, assisting with travel-related inquiries and bookings for Booking.com.
- Deliver detailed information about accommodations, travel packages, and destination highlights.
- Create customized travel solutions tailored to specific client needs and preferences.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively, focusing on providing excellent service.
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records within our CRM system for seamless follow-ups.
- Stay current on Booking.com products, travel trends, and industry developments to offer informed client recommendations.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch.
