Mercier Consultancy Group is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to provide support for an automotive company. In this remote role based in Greece, you will assist customers with inquiries related to automotive products and services while delivering outstanding service in Dutch.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding automotive products, services, and warranties through phone, email, and live chat in Dutch.
- Assist customers with order tracking, troubleshooting, and general support related to automotive issues.
- Provide clear information on product features, specifications, and availability.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and ensure a high level of satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved.
- Stay updated on automotive trends and company offerings to provide informed support.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch.
