Telemedi is hiring a Callcenter Agent to deliver superior customer experience to individuals and business clients via phone and email. In this remote role based in Serbia, you will be a key point of contact for patient coordination and support.
What You'll Do
- Deliver superior customer experience to individuals and business clients by calls and mail.
- Register patients for visits and provide them with help in looking for physical clinics.
- Contact clinics in order to book visits for patients.
- Collect comments from clients and doctors.
- Handle complaints, reporting irregularities and deficiencies in consultations to physicians.
- Take care of the proper circulation of medical documentation.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Proficiency in English.
