Telemedi is hiring a Callcenter Agent to deliver superior customer experience to individuals and business clients via phone and email. In this remote role based in Serbia, you will be a key point of contact for patient coordination and support.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver superior customer experience to individuals and business clients by calls and mail.
  • Register patients for visits and provide them with help in looking for physical clinics.
  • Contact clinics in order to book visits for patients.
  • Collect comments from clients and doctors.
  • Handle complaints, reporting irregularities and deficiencies in consultations to physicians.
  • Take care of the proper circulation of medical documentation.

What We're Looking For

  • Proficiency in Spanish.
  • Proficiency in English.
