Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Dutch Speaking Technical Support Advisor. You will provide high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat. Your primary focus will be troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, educating customers on product features, and collaborating with product and engineering teams.
What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking customers through phone, email, and chat channels.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Educate customers on product features and best practices for optimal usage.
- Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to address and escalate complex issues.
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete satisfaction with the solutions provided.
- Stay informed on product changes and industry developments to enhance the quality of support.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in technical support or customer service.
- Experience with CRM systems and remote support tools.
