Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a Dutch Speaking Talent Support Officer to play a key role in our recruitment efforts. You will source and engage Dutch-speaking talent across various sectors, providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
What You'll Do
- Support the recruitment team by sourcing and engaging Dutch-speaking candidates across various sectors.
- Conduct initial screenings and assessments to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job specifications and organizational needs.
- Maintain effective communication with candidates throughout their recruitment journey, delivering a positive experience.
- Utilize diverse recruitment platforms and tools to attract high-quality talent efficiently.
- Share insights and participate in team discussions to enhance talent acquisition strategies.
- Engage in continuous professional development through available training opportunities to improve your recruitment skills.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken) is essential.
- A proactive and enthusiastic approach to supporting candidates during the recruitment process.
- Strong communication skills for engaging effectively with candidates and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail to manage tasks remotely.
- A collaborative spirit, eager to contribute to a dedicated team.
- Ability to work independently while engaging with remote team members.
- Willingness to relocate to Spain if needed, supported by our paid relocation package.
- Available for 3 months fully paid training in Greece.
