Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to provide outstanding support to users of a major social media platform. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking users, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking users through email, chat, and social media platforms.
- Assist users with inquiries, account issues, and general platform functionality.
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently to ensure user satisfaction and loyalty.
- Provide guidance on best practices and platform features to enhance user experience.
- Document all customer interactions accurately and maintain organized records.
- Collaborate with internal teams to report user feedback and escalate complex issues.
- Stay informed of industry trends and changes to better assist users.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their functionalities.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
