Requirements - Native or near-native fluency in Dutch and English, both written and verbal communication. - Prior customer service experience, particularly in hospitality or tourism sectors, is advantageous. - Exceptional communication abilities and a genuinely customer-centric approach. - Demonstrated skill in managing sensitive scenarios and resolving complex challenges effectively. - Advanced proficiency in customer relationship management software and Microsoft Office applications. - Highly meticulous with superior organizational capabilities. - Genuine passion for travel and enabling extraordinary customer experiences.
