Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athens, Greece. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to Dutch-speaking clients within the dynamic Energy sector, specifically focusing on the Oil & Gas industry.
What You'll Do
- Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and account management.
- Handle complex customer issues and resolve complaints effectively.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of company offerings, energy solutions, and industry regulations.
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly for compliance and service improvement.
- Collaborate with technical and sales teams to provide comprehensive support.
- Stay informed about industry trends to provide accurate information to clients.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving capabilities with the ability to manage complex customer issues.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
