Patrique Mercier Recruitment is hiring a Dutch Speaking Customer Service Representative to support a leading company in the construction industry. In this role, you will deliver exceptional service to Dutch-speaking clients, handling inquiries about products, services, and orders, all while working remotely from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries related to construction products, services, and order management.
- Provide detailed information about product specifications, availability, and pricing.
- Handle customer complaints and issues efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Document and track customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvements.
- Stay informed about the latest developments in the construction industry to better assist clients.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure.
- Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational capabilities.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards helping customers achieve their goals.
