Mercier Consultancy is hiring a Dutch-speaking Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting a leading commercial vehicle company. You will be the direct point of contact for Dutch-speaking clients, providing information and resolving inquiries regarding their commercial vehicle needs.
What You'll Do
- Handle customer inquiries related to commercial vehicles, including product specifications, pricing, and availability via phone, email, and chat in Dutch.
- Assist customers with order placements, service requests, and any issues they may encounter.
- Provide detailed information about financing options, warranty details, and maintenance services.
- Resolve customer complaints with a focus on customer satisfaction and retention.
- Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery to clients.
- Stay informed about product updates and industry trends to better assist customers.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) is essential.
- Prior experience in customer service, preferably in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented approach.
- Ability to solve problems effectively and handle customer inquiries professionally.
- Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to manage multiple inquiries at once.
- Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer applications.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of English or Greek is a plus.
