Mercier Consultancy MD is seeking a Dutch Speaking Customer Representative to provide exceptional support to our clientele. In this role, you will be the vital link for Dutch-speaking customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled with professionalism and care. The position offers a fully paid relocation to Greece where you will work remotely.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients by addressing their inquiries with professionalism and care.
- Utilize various communication channels including phone, email, and chat to assist clients effectively.
- Become proficient in our client systems to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to guarantee prompt resolutions for customer issues.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken).
