Mercier Consultancy MD is hiring a Dutch Speaking Customer Representative to provide top-notch customer service to our Dutch-speaking clients. You will be part of a multicultural team based in Greece, delivering exceptional support remotely.
What You'll Do
- Offer exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed with professionalism and care.
- Communicate effectively through various platforms including phone, email, and chat.
- Familiarize yourself with our systems to provide accurate and efficient assistance.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure swift resolution of customer issues.

- Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken).
