Responsibilities • Function as the primary communication channel for Dutch-speaking customers, providing assistance through phone, email, and digital chat platforms. • Address customer inquiries, swiftly resolve challenges, and supply comprehensive details about our product and service offerings. • Meticulously document customer interactions and feedback within our integrated CRM system. • Work collaboratively with internal departments to enhance customer service methodologies based on received insights and input. • Remain continuously updated on product knowledge and organizational policies to deliver precise customer support. • Actively engage in team discussions to exchange perspectives and strategies for elevating customer satisfaction levels. • Contribute to onboarding and skill development of new team members by sharing specialized expertise and customer service methodologies.
