Dutch-speaking Customer Advisors are needed to support PayPal users remotely from anywhere in Greece. This role involves assisting customers with account issues, transactions, and inquiries via phone, email, and chat, while being part of an international team with full training and support. What You'll Do
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assisting with account access, payments, and transaction concerns
- Reviewing cases carefully and providing accurate solutions
- Communicating clearly, calmly, and professionally
- Ensuring customers feel secure and understood
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in Dutch (spoken and written)
- Must already live in Greece or be willing to relocate
- Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection
- Strong communication skills
- Professional and calm demeanor
