Next Job Abroad is looking for a Dutch-speaking Content Moderator & Customer Support Agent to join our team in Malta. In this role, you will help protect users from online scams, fraud, and harmful content. You’ll review and moderate user-generated content and respond to customer inquiries via email.
What You'll Do
- Review and moderate user-generated content.
- Identify and prevent scams, fraud, and policy violations.
- Respond to customer inquiries via email (no phone support).
- Apply company guidelines and country-specific regulations.
- Make independent decisions based on clear policies.
- Contribute to a safer digital marketplace.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent Dutch (written and reading level is key).
- Basic to conversational English.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good computer skills.
- Confident decision-maker.
- Structured and proactive mindset.
- No previous experience required.
