Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch speaking Content Moderator to review and moderate user-generated content, ensuring compliance with community guidelines and promoting a safe online environment for Dutch-speaking users.

What You'll Do

Moderate and evaluate content submitted by users in Dutch to ensure it adheres to community standards and policies.
Identify and act upon inappropriate, offensive, or harmful content quickly and efficiently.
Engage with users by addressing comments and inquiries in a prompt and courteous manner.
Maintain accurate records of moderation actions and generate reports on user behavior trends.
Work collaboratively with fellow moderators to share insights and improve content moderation strategies.
Stay informed about social media trends and developments in content moderation practices.

What We're Looking For

Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is mandatory.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze content appropriately.
Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with users.
Proficiency in working independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Cultural sensitivity and open-mindedness when dealing with a diverse user base.
Flexibility to adapt to the needs of the community and scheduling requirements.

Nice to Have

Experience in content moderation, community management, or a related field is highly desirable.
Familiarity with social media platforms and moderation tools is a plus.
