Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Speaking Client Support Specialist to provide exceptional customer support to our Dutch-speaking clients. You will be the first point of contact, assisting with inquiries and working collaboratively to resolve issues and enhance the client experience.
What You'll Do
- Provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist with inquiries related to products, services, and account operations.
- Work collaboratively with team members to resolve client issues and enhance the overall experience.
- Document client interactions and feedback to help refine service offerings.
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and client engagement.
- Stay informed about company products and industry trends to provide valuable insights.
- Engage in ongoing training and development to improve customer support skills.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
- Willingness to relocate and adapt to a new cultural environment is necessary.
Nice to Have
- Experience in customer support, client services, or a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using customer support tools and software is advantageous.
