Mercier Consultancy MD is looking for a remote Dutch/Flemish Speaking Customer Service Representative based in Greece. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality support to our Dutch-speaking clientele, addressing their needs and contributing directly to customer loyalty.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality customer service in Dutch/Flemish through phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries, support requests, and product information.
- Document and manage customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly to ensure a positive experience.
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve service processes.
- Stay informed about product features, promotions, and company updates to provide accurate assistance.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch/Flemish.
