Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch / Flemish Speaking Agent to deliver exceptional service to Proximus' clientele. You will be the primary point of contact for Dutch/Flemish-speaking customers, managing their inquiries and technical issues while working remotely from Greece.
What You'll Do
- Provide customer service to Dutch/Flemish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, addressing inquiries and providing solutions.
- Assist customers with account management, troubleshooting, and technical issues with Proximus services.
- Keep up to date with Proximus' latest products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information.
- Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM system for quality assurance.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve escalated issues.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements in customer service strategies and processes.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Dutch or Flemish (both written and spoken) is essential.
Nice to Have
- Proven experience in customer service or technical support roles.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and remote working technologies.
- Interest in telecommunications and technology.
