What You'll Do
- Respond to incoming customer calls and inquiries, delivering clear guidance and timely resolutions
- Address customer needs with empathy and professionalism, ensuring a positive experience
- Log customer interactions accurately in the support database for consistency and follow-up
- Use open-ended questioning and internal resources to diagnose and resolve issues
- Offer informed suggestions for common concerns and frequently encountered problems
Requirements
- Native or C1/C2 proficiency in Dutch is required
- Intermediate English skills (B2 level or higher)
- Ability to adapt to rotating shift schedules
- Proficiency with computers and digital tools
- Previous client-facing experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and active listening abilities
- High level of empathy and customer focus
- Reliable time management and organizational habits
- Collaborative mindset and flexibility in a remote environment
