Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Dutch Customer Care Agent to provide exceptional remote support to Dutch-speaking e-commerce customers. You'll work from Greece, ensuring a positive customer experience by resolving inquiries and sharing product knowledge.

What You'll Do

Deliver outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions.
Assist customers with order processes, product information, and account inquiries while ensuring satisfaction.
Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system, maintaining thorough records for effective follow-up.
Collaborate with internal teams to address complex issues and implement improvements based on customer feedback.
Stay updated on product offerings, promotional events, and company policies to provide accurate and relevant information.
Participate in team meetings and training sessions to continually improve service delivery and product knowledge.

What We're Looking For

Fluent in Dutch and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
