Paired is looking for a DTC Graphic Designer for Social Media to create dynamic and engaging visual content for direct-to-consumer brands. You will be responsible for producing graphics and videos that resonate with target audiences across social media platforms, driving brand engagement.
What You'll Do
- Design eye-catching graphics, images, and video content for social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Collaborate with marketing and social media teams to conceptualize content that reflects brand values and objectives.
- Analyze engagement data and metrics to optimize visual content strategy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
- Create and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all digital platforms.
- Coordinate with external vendors for photography, videography, or design assistance as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, specifically for social media or direct-to-consumer brands.
- Advanced proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and Canva.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of social media design work.
- Understanding of social media platforms, their different formats, and audience engagement strategies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple projects.
- Excellent communication skills and a willingness to receive and incorporate feedback.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a passion for visual storytelling.
- Ability to adapt to changing trends and feedback while maintaining brand consistency.
