Aufmaster GmbH is hiring a UX / UI Designer to craft the user experience for our leading digital cable documentation app, used by skilled trades in over 34 countries. You will focus on designing functional, intuitive interfaces for our mobile apps (Android & iOS) and web applications, transforming complex technology into a product that excels in daily use.
What You'll Do
- Conceive and design user experiences for mobile apps and web applications.
- Develop UX concepts, user flows, personas, wireframes, and interactive prototypes.
- Plan and conduct user tests, iteratively optimizing designs based on feedback.
- Maintain and evolve the Aufmaster design system in Figma.
- Collaborate closely with developers during handover, feedback, and iteration cycles.
- Continuously optimize usability based on usage data and customer feedback.
- Optionally support marketing by creating UI-related visuals for campaigns.
What We're Looking For
- Several years of experience in UX/UI design, ideally with a focus on mobile applications.
- A meaningful portfolio demonstrating your UX and UI work.
- High proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
- Experience with user-centered design principles, user research, or user testing.
- Very good communication skills in German or English.
Nice to Have
- A basic understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and optionally JavaScript.
